  • There are no extra charges for help with your computer artwork!
  • The quality of our finished work is highly dependant on the provided digital photo. Please submit a photo with the largest possible size and resolution (96 dpi is minimum recommended, but the image can be larger and still be 72 dpi).

    In addition, the scale of your unique image should fit in the selected frame. Although we may shrink or enlarge the provided photo to fit in the frame, we are not always able to cut or crop it. Therefore, please select the appropriate frame style for your photo. For example, a horizontal group photo with 20 people in it will not fit on a vertical type of frame however it will fit perfectly in a horizontal rectangle frame.
  • If necessary, someone may contact you for your opinion or request a new photo.
  • If text is requested, an example photo (comp/composite) will be provided. You can make adjustments based on the comp. Order process will start when you confirm the photo/text layout is proper.

  • Finished work is a semi-see-through image which is an added beauty for this type of product.
  • Black & White photos are also applicable, however, we do not colorize.
  • If you do not have a digital copy of your photo you can mail the hard copy to us. The original copies will be returned within a week of delivery (separate from your order, but typically before).
  • You can add text to your frame in any color and standard font for FREE (some fonts may require substitution). Add "Happy Mothers Day", "Merry Christmas", "Happy Anniversary", "Happy Valentine’s Day", etc. Just let us know where you want it.
  • All items come in satin-lined gift boxes.
  • We ship worldwide. All orders are shipped within 5 business days. If text is requested, the count starts the day after an e-mail is received from you confirming the text layout. Do not count the order day, weekends, or standard courier service holidays. Delivery times vary from 3 days (50 states) to 10 days (international orders) depending on destination. All these commitments may change during high seasons (Christmas, Valentines Day, Mothers Day, etc.)

Return Policy

  • If the merchandise has a manufacturer's defect or is damaged during shipment, a claim must be filed via e-mail within one week of receipt of the item. After your claim has been processed, we will either replace the item(s) or a return will be authorized. In both cases, we will be responsible for associated shipping costs.
  • Associated shipping charges are paid by the customer for "No Reason" returns. This option is only available within 14 days after the order has shipped. Store credit will be issued for the cost of the crystal.
